Your selfie is processed in memory and is not stored. Shelf Match does not write the photo to disk. In live mode the photo is sent to YouCam only so the analysis task can read it, then the bytes are dropped from this server.
A short skincare shelf and a person who does not know which bottle matches their face. Shelf Match sends one front-facing photo to YouCam AI Skin Analysis, then applies this shop's tags in the open: what matched, what to leave on the shelf, and which concerns the shelf does not cover.
Example products are made up. This is not a diagnosis, not medical advice, and not a payment. A higher YouCam score means the analysis rated that area healthier.

Look straight at the camera, keep the forehead visible, and use bright, even light. The face should fill most of the frame. Glasses and a heavy fringe make the read worse.
